We are extremely thankful to the many hands and to the generous offerings that have allowed us to continue our growth in serving and expanding our reach in the El Tamarindo community and other parts of the country.
Now on a monthly basis, thanks to the wonderful volunteers, and to coordinator/organizer Margarita Mota (abuela), our lady seniors enjoy their time on fellowship and the exquisite specially-prepared meal for them during "Senior's Lunch". The ladies are offered a nice dietary variety, time in prayer, singing, story-telling, and the opportunity to take home a goodie bag filled with toiletries and snacks.
It fills our hearts to see these "abuelas" gather to offer their thanks to God, to pray for those that provide, and to make their journey back home so full of joy.
Also, throughout the year, we have been able to offer individual assistance in the purchase of medications, and paying for medical bills for those with the greatest needs. Thank you to all who have contributed with their generous donations in allowing us to pass on and share these blessings.
